My name is Jean Depolo, but many call me Jeanne. 

I was born and raised in Rochester, New York. Joining the United States Army in 1984; this is where I received my Food Service instruction and began my love and passion for cooking.
I have 42 years of joyous experience in Food Service.

I'm excited to begin this New Chapter of my life here in Ohio. I chose Mount Vernon as a perfect town to begin Pre-Retirement. My Son and Grandchildren are nearby in Columbus. It will be joyous to be able to spend quality time with them now that I'm not so far away as I once was.

Nothing brings more joy than making and preparing beautiful dishes and desserts for others.
